Description: A low-impact water workout that's easy on your joints. Let the buoyancy of water help ease you into exercise.

Monday - Wednesday - Friday @ Noon
Description: A high-intensity cardio workout with the spinner bikes. Work at your own level.

BC Body Fit
Monday - Wednesday @ 5:30 PM /Friday @ 6:15 AM
Description: A full body toning class incorporating core work, stability, and balance using resistance bands and physio balls.

BC Step
Tuesday & Thursday @ Noon and 5:30 p.m.
Description: A medium-impact cardio workout with simple choreography. Easy enough for beginners, but if you want more of a challenge add a riser or two!

Yoga
Monday @ 6:30 PM
Description: Increase flexibility, strength, and mental focus
in this great class taught by a certified Yoga instructor.
